Goals for 2007

so i feel like i've accomplished quite a bit this year in terms of personal development, so i feel like i should set myself some goals for this next year. one major thing i would like to see happen is to get out of debt. i have a plan in action and i definitely see it as a possibility. i would also like to start saving/investing in things aside from my 401k plan. my other misc. goals include: write more (of anything), read more, and become more active.

the other day my friend's boyfriend gave me a g4 mac tower that im going to use as a main network drive for our apartment. it's really nice and i cant believe he gave it to me for free. right now i think there are a total of 6 computers here (including a vintage iMac). apparently, I need to do some spring cleaning. speaking of which, if anyone is interested in nik's classical guitar, we are selling it for really cheap.

sorry this is so scattered. my brain is all over the place. i took a 3 hour nap today and it's made me really drowsy and somewhat incoherent feeling. until the next...

Holiday Party

i haven't been posting much lately. most of the things i want to write about would take too much time to sit down and explain. so in short, things have been going really well lately.

last night was my company's holiday party. everyone else took photos so it will be a few days before i get some uploaded on here. anyways, they rented out a restaurant for the evening down in Belltown called Spitfire.

it took about an hour of mingling before everyone was pretty smashed. there was a point in which i was considering (due to the debaucherous influence of my coworkers) getting down to my tighty whities but thankfully was left with some rationality. justin sang kelly clarkston and dedicated it to me of course. by the end of the night all i was thinking about was how thankful i was that they gave us all cab vouchers to get home. nik fell in some bushes by our apartment building and got dirt all over her. but yet, this morning im the one who woke up with a hangover.
